This Swag Monster comes to you after a long search for the appropriate host for this monster to live. She collects swag in her web and keeps it hidden away in her nest and does not like people. You will not find her at the posted coordinates, this is only where you start. There are no questions to answer - just follow the yellow trail to the swag monster's nest. When you find it you will find cool swag ready for trade, most collected from other geocache finds. Please plan on bringing something "cool" to trade. NO FOOD. A Great place for trackables. Be sure to use stealth – the homes along the park are fenced away from the knoll area, but don't flash your light into people’s windows. Hunt only in the knoll park area.
Searching High Ridge Knolls. Start at the posted coordinates standing between the two park signs facing your car/ parking lot with Elmhurst Road behind you. Use your flashlight to find the yellow trail to the monster's hide-out.
This is a fun little hide that requires a few tools, including a flashlight. I'm not sure what the clue has to do with the geocache hidden here - maybe I just liked this song? HA! Better you hunt during cloudy days or in the evening when it's dark. This park has off street parking and is open until 11pm, 12 months a year. Please respect park hours. Obviously a different experience in the winter then summer. Defiantly accessible year round. You will need to be a giant to reach the monster’s nest. Beware – the monster protects her nest and is often seen perched high above the unsuspecting victim.
