This is my fourth in a series of caches that I am dedicating to some very special cachers that I've met: Lil Otter this one is yours.
"This cache may be a little different than the ones that you are used to. I have strategically located this cache at a major South Central Wisconsin Crossroads. I've given this cache a CITO theme and loaded it with some small trash bags. So if you are headed to the Dells, or maybe Wisconsin Rapids or even Tomah, stop by a pick yourself up a trash bag. If each of us do our little part to help clean things up, we can make a big difference.
I've dedicated this cache to The Lil Otter to thank her for bringing me to so many interesting places that I'd never go to otherwise. When you log this cache, please tell me your favourite Lil Otter cache, mine is the series in Roche-A-Cri State Park."
The CITO bags are no longer available here, although the "Cache In, Trash Out" sentiment remains. The LIl Otter still keeps up with the caching world, but she no longer actively searches for geocaches. However, many of her hides still can be found around the state, and those who adopted her caches have been good about keeping them maintained and active. We will echo lagrac's original request to share some of your favorite Lil Otter caches, if you have found any.
