This is another in a series of caches dedicated to the memory of Dr. Jeffrey Bern. Jeff died in South Dakota in April 2007, leaving behind a wife and three school-age children. He was raised in Coos Bay, where he developed a deep appreciation for outdoor recreation and games.
Jeff loved to play card games with family and friends, especially pinochile. This cache has the usual small items, but also is a card swap. Bring a deck of cards to trade with those in the cache.
Beware of UFO's (flying saucers), because you are right in the middle of the disc golf course. The tall trees may make GPS readings a little iffy, so we will give you a clue - look within 3-4 feet of one of the biggest trees.
