Geocache Description:

In Pere Marquette Park, Downtown Milwaukee.

To the East is the Milwaukee River, to it's west; the Historical Society. Riversplash is celebrated here in June. You will have to be extra stealthy during that time.

Make sure you walk down to the river, maybe even take a river taxi (I still have to do that). Check out the sculpture and statue. Read the historical signs. Who knew that this is where Marquette set up camp... There's also a sign stating that this area is a WI-FI Hotspot, hmmm. logging a cache right from the site (WOW).
