This cache is in an area open to hunting from mid-November to early-January.
The cache is NOT located at the listed coordinates ... this is a Mystery Cache that can only be found by finding two other caches first:
"Harrington: Where?" (GC13FWW) ... this gets you to the front of the structure where the cache is located.
"Harrington: How?" (GC13FWV) ... this tells you how to get inside the cache container.
When you find the cache, please don't reveal any details about the location/structure in your log entry or photos.
This cache will take you to the southern portion of the park where not everyone goes. "Risen to Power" brings you to a structure that reminds us of how history has changed. Two people groups once lived in this park in the early 1900s when this was the Stonehaven mining town, but one group had lesser rights and had little connection to the actual mining of stone from the quarry. During the 23 year life span of the quarry this group formed a labor union and obtain some new found rights. Today this relatively modern structure represents their having risen to power ... as both groups have equal representation here. While you are welcome to enter and explore the structure, you do not need to do so to find the cache. We've given multiple hint levels, just in case your not sure your thinking right.
Help me out ... in the bottom of the cache container is a bottle containing oil; please put one drop of oil where indicated by the instructions inside the cache and return the bottle where you found it. But careful not to squirt oil on yourself - you don't really need to squeeze the bottle, just flip open the cap and let it drip out as needed. Thanks!

Regarding the kayaking picture: It has nothing to do with finding the cache. But when the campgrounds is built at Harrington, there will be a campsite for Kayakers northeast of the location of the cache, bordering the beach. §?ÏC????D
