sawkpuhpat: A very fun tribute to do, worthy of the time just from the log and emails received from the not often|viewed one whilst trying to decipher and ftf it. However, the race was won and the track is shutting down for good. Thanks to all those that burnt rubber and blew pistons working on it.

The Modles Nees 500


With a certain cacher and prolific hider hitting a milestone recently we felt it was time for the one putting out tributes to become the tributee. With a passion for creating unique hides and creative puzzles seldom|seen has added a excellent twist to the game nearly statewide. In putting this together we decided to try and mix all the s|s hides in a bowl and see what comes out.

After sitting in the burnout box (rsplash) and watching some cachers  (sagasu,cheeto) go through 4 stages of NOS to get ftf's on some of the hides the name came to me.  Even though the name is more circle track-ish, the race from 0 to a milestone is a straight line(though you may drive in circles getting the numbers :> ) so I picked straight line racing as the source for the questions.

Per usual, don't go to the posted coords, or you'll have a devil of a time finding the cache. You are going to be researching numbers related to straight line racing championships to get to the coveted ammo can trophy. Just like s|s mixes all sorts of twists and turns in, you'll need some knowledge from a few different places to piece this all together.
