Geocache Description:

Cache is located on top of the cliff so please don`t try to cross former channel of Gauja and also don`t climb up the cliffs. It is not necessary, simply follow the trail and it will lead you to the top of cliffs. When you had reached top of the cliff move further by coordinates (due to tree coverage - accuracy ~4m).

In order to find a cache you will have to take a walk through small part of Ciruliši nature trail. I recommend to start your journey from parking place (free for nature trail visitors) - there will be signs showing the start of a trail. Near parking place there is camping place (unfortunatly available as payed service). Also there you can rent a bicycle or canoe. Mirror cliffs are approximatelty 350 million years old, they are exposed in the final stage of the Ice Age, 6-4 thousand years ago! Cliffs are 140m long and up to 10m high and are a remarkable natural site in Gauja Valley. The cache is a plastic container wrapped in black plastic poke. Cache contents: Logbook + pencil + pencil sharpener and trading stuff: "Alpharetta, United States of America" Unite for Diabetes Travel Bug ; Sparklers ; Disney`s Duck Tales playing cards! It is hidden near, broken tree. Cache place is covered with moss!
