Halti mountain is the highest point in Finland, at 1324m above sea level
and is located in the north of Lapland at the Finnish-Norwegian border.
You can start in the town of Kilpisjärvi, from there it's about 50km one-way.
The path is called KALOTTIREITTI and is very well marked, there are several
open huts along the way to give you shelter!
A big "THANK YOU" to erlend and Ville Saari for doing maintainance for me.
