Geocache Description:

Wooded area near creek

Deedy and I were checking out the area for an upcoming event. We discovered a nice drive up Quines Creek and decided to place a few caches. You are looking for a peanut butter size jar with room for small trade items and travel bugs. There is lots of parking nearby. Please be careful as this area has several placer mining claims.

Deedy noticed you could drive a vehicle right to the creek and into the creek if you wanted. She was wondering what it was as the road did not continue on the other side. I told her it looked like a boat ramp. She said the boats must really be small around these parts. I told her it was used for indian canoes in the pioneer days. I really dont think she believed me.
