This series of caches is dedicated to one of my favorite fictional characters in childhood - Freddy the Pig. Walter Brooks wrote a series of 26 books with Freddy as the central character and more info is available at a number of sites including: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Freddy_the_Pig
Mrs. Wiggins is a cow along with Mrs. Wogus. She thinks she is slow when compared to the clever Freddy, but her grounded, common sense approach to life forms a nice counterpoint to some of Freddy's more fantastic ideas.
In keeping with the bucolic theme, all of the caches are on B-level roads, so drive carefully! Have fun!
