Clinton needs another challenge...

This cache could be difficult. You are searching for what would be classified as a nano (extraction tool is REQUIRED!!), but you should look for something much larger. Put your thinking cap on and if you're unsuccesful in your hunt , feel free to send me a message requesting a clue if you want one. Additional clues require a DNF post. I'll offer a clue based on your DNF notes and comments in your email (I need to know your thought process and whether you've used the encrypted clue at that point to verify a genuine attempt at the find).

I will offer these additional suggestions: this cache is not on the ground (or it shouldn't be) and every cache has a GC code.

Bring your own pen/pencil and PLEASE replace exactly as found.
