CCWelch: Sorry this one has to go, suddenly the complex does not want it there after I had permission from both there and the city to have it where it was. I could go into B**** mode and get them in trouble with the city for stuff but I won't, I will just concede defeat and call it archived. Thank you to everyone who found this cache and I hope you enjoyed the hunt.

Well the old one liked to disappear, lets see if through some stealth we can keep this one here for a while. This spot is notorious for muggles.
If "IT" starts missing in action too often,( If I have to replace it more than once a month) it will be archived.
This truly is a revisited version, same type hide in the same spot, if you got it before here is a "gimme" for you, you already know where it is. For those who don't, knowing Stephen King's story "It" will help you figure it out.
