I got the inspiration for this cache from an old cache in St. Jacobs that was archived in 2004 -- Christmas in St. Jacobs (GCB6A3). This version doesn't have a particular Christmas theme to it, but it is designed to bring you down the main street of St. Jacobs to see the lights (which are very festive around the holidays). One thing to keep in mind, since you will be travelling down the main street of St. Jacobs, is to consider the time of day that you attempt this cache. The main street of St. Jacobs can be very busy at certain times of the day and certain days of the week.
Stage 1: at the posted coordinates. A = the year that appears on the front of this building, and divide it by 1000 (checksum = 15)
Stage 2: N 43 32.364 W 080 33.220 B = the first year (the earlier year) that appears on the front of this building, and divide it by 1000 (checksum = 21)
To get the coordinates for Stage 3

W 080 31.476 + B
