You are looking for a camouflaged bison tube in Sutherland Park. Log only so BYOP.
Come in the evening and there is a good chance you will see a beautiful sunset over the western hills of Sioux City.
Permission for this cache was granted by the Sioux City Director of Parks and Recreation.
After checking on this one, I am raising the diffictulty rating a little. It blends in well . . . I knew where it was but still had trouble seeing it.
