Geocache Description:

Wow, how time flies! As we all age, maybe it just feels like time goes faster because when we are younger we have more milestones we focus on and they seem like they take forever to arrive because we focus on those days. But once we are past those milestones (10, 13, 15, 16, 18, 21) we don’t seem to have as many moments as often to look forward to, after we have say graduated every grade or school we go through, then we get married and/ have kids, we just go through our days in almost rhythmic motion with no bigger goals or milestones to keep us looking farther into the future. So time doesn’t necessarily fly by any quicker than before, maybe it just goes by without as much excitement on our part because we get wrapped up in the here and now, then before we know it, we have been so focused on what’s on our plate in our daily lives and we haven’t stopped to look up and see what’s happening around us on a wider or broader perspective.

As times flies by in the course of a year, we see the passing of the four seasons recognized as spring, summer, autumn and winter, which is also called a calendar year. Our calendar year begins on January 1 and ends on December 31 and is divided into 12 months, 52 weeks, and 365 days in common years or 366 days in leap years.

Now about finding the cache…

“Do Not search for the cache at the listed coordinates because it’s not there”

Considering that it’s NOT a leap year, you will need to complete the following math equations by entering the days of the calendar year into the following formulas to get the cache coordinates. (Example: January 1 is day #1 and December 31 is day #365) By using Google online maps as a geochecker per say, I’m sure you will probably know whether or not you have the likely hide location of this cache. Please note the cache is NOT on private property.

Convert these calendar dates to the numbered day of the year and then do the math to get the missing numbers needed for the final cache coordinates.

AB = September 11 (-) minus July 30
CD = January 10 (+) plus February 9
EFG = November 8 (x) times January 3
TU = July 18 (-) minus April 21
VW = October 19 (-) minus August 26
XYZ = March 13 (+) plus September 27
