Another bridge another troll!!
December 7, 2013 Update:
After taking this one over we had to replace this cache as it went missing. It is still under a bridge but it isn't a horsepill anymore. A pill fob in plain sight now. The terrain is not that good and we suggest parking at the entrance to this area and walking down to the cache. You can drive it but it is hard to turn around. The original description as recorded by BB Stacker is still listed below. It is not every bridge hunt that you find something attached to the bottom in view for all to see. Good Luck!!!!!

This is another one of my HORSE PILLS attached with a magnet directly underneath a bridge. HAVE FUN!!!!
A little additional info, this is not a rock cache; it is in plain sight under the bridge.
CONGRATS TO TEAM BULLDAWG FOR BEING THE FTF ON ANOTHER ONE OF MY CACHES!!!!
