Note: This is a "twofer" as Twin Valley Earth Cache is near the same location.

Pope Farm is an interesting location. The last Ice Age had Glaciers covering the majority of Wisconsin. As you go over the hill you will see the "Twin Valleys" These were left when the Glaciers receded to the North. An interesting and educational Town of Middleton Park.

You can park in either parking lot...the one on Blackhawk or the one off Old Sauk Road. If you park on the Blackhawk side the terrain level could be inching toward a level 3.

Permission to place this cache obtained from Mel Pope Town of Middleton administration, son of Art & Betty Pope who so graciously donated the land for this park.

NOTE: PLEASE...DO NOT TAKE ROCKS FROM THE WALL AND PLACE THEM WHERE MOWERS NEED TO MOW. When you replace the cache, please put it back EXACTLY where you found it. A good way to do this is to put your GPS where the cache was while you are logging your find.Do NOT "improve" the hide.

Failure to replace the cache exactly as found will result in deletion of your log and you will not get credit for the find.
