Geocache Description:

This is a night cache, so make sure you have a light and extra batteries. Follow the tacks.

The posted coordinates are for the parking lot at the trailhead. Cross the little bridge and start up the trail. It is a wide easy to follow trail. Follow the fire tacks to the cache. Just follow the trail. The trail is an easy climb, but long. May have to stop to catch your breath. The trail is wide most of the way. There are a couple steep parts, so watch your step. No real bush wacking required. When you see a sign that has two loops on it, take the Humfeld Summit Loop trail. To get to the cache, at elevation 1088 there is a bench. Sit at the bench and think of where would wisundevil hide it. Hidden near the tree of three eyes and one red eye. STOP – Decision time – do I go for the cache right now, or do I go for a gorgeous view of the city at night? I would go for the view first. For an additional adventure and a great view, follow the trail to the right, following the additional fire tacks. When you get to the sign South Fork Trail, follow the tacks left and go about 300 feet to elevation 1212. Now go back and find the cache. This is a city park, so it closes at 11:00. There are other caches up here if you haven’t already found them. But I would look for those in the day light.
