Geocache Description:

This is our first cache. We are nine and eleven year old brothers when we hid this. This should be a easy cache to find, but it is very hidden. This cache has been approved by William Yingst, superintendent of the school district.

This cache has been approved by William Yingst, superintendent of the school district. Colfax is named after Schuyler Colfax, one of our vice presidents. This is right on the path of the tornado that devastated Colfax and surrounding cities. Every tree you see has only been growing since 1958 because of the tornado. Colfax is halfway between the North pole and the Equator.
