Digger9's 4th Annual Halloween Weenie Roast Event Cache

It's that time of year again!!!! Let's get together for a weenie roast at the American Legion Hall in Marengo, Iowa. The Legion can be found at 1240 Lafayette Avenue.

We will provide Hot Dogs, Buns, Chili, condiments, Plates, and forks.

Please bring a side dish or dessert to share, your own beverage.(NO ALCOHOL ALLOWED)

Please post in your "will Attend" log what you will bring, and how many will be coming in your group.

Rough Schedule:
10:00am - Gather and gab
10:30am - 11:30am - Pumpkin Run check in
12:00pm - Eat
1:00pm - Pumpkin Run Winner, and Door Prize drawings
1:15pm - Group Picture
1:30pm - New Cache lists handed out.

Just for fun, we will have the photo booth again this year. It will be available from 10:00 until 11:00ish, and we will email your photo to you after the event.

I will be putting out a few new caches for you to find, and still be home in time for Trick-or-Treat, if your town T&Ts on Sat.

Parking will be a little more difficult this year, But I have talked with the staff at the hospital, and they have said we can park in their lot, It is located to the North of the Legion. (See picture in the gallery.)

We have had some people ask about hotels Closest is Sudbury Court www.sudburymotelandrv.com There are also hotels by Tanger Mall on I-80 If you want to stay at Sudbury court, book early as the 27th is the first day of pheasant season, and they will fill up fast.

We are going to have T-Shirts again this year. Our son has come up with another cool design, see the pic in the gallery. cost would be $10. We need to know by OCT 11, so we can get the order in. If you want a shirt, please pre order, as we will not make a re-order this year. See the pic of the shirts in the gallery.

We have had some people ask about costumes. They are optional. We will be dressing as Mr. and Mrs. Digger9 again this year.
