A microcache in Auðuns house. There was no space for a pencil so you will need to bring one along
This house is a replica of a house build around 1315 and named after the bishop Audun the red. That house was the bishops office at Hólar for 500 years but was taken down in 1810. The new building was made with original tools and from wood imported from Norway. The building is a theoretical house, build based on historical description of the old house. The new house was finished in 2002.
