W tym miejscu przez kilka lat był jedyny w Ursusie Pewex. Nieduży, ale co z tego. Dla nas to był powiew zachodu - kilka zestawów Lego, gumy do żucia Donald, Toblerone, Johnnie Walker i "luksusowe" ciuchy. I ten specyficzny, nie do opisania zapach..

There used to be the only Pewex* at this point for several years. A small one, but it did not matter.. For us it was a breath of the west - a few sets of Lego, Donald chewing gum, Toblerone, Johnnie Walker and "luxury" clothes. And this particular, indescribable smell ..

*Pewex (short for Przedsiębiorstwo Eksportu Wewnętrznego - Internal Export Company) was a chain of hard currency shops in the People's Republic of Poland. They sold otherwise unobtainable Western goods in exchange for Western currencies (most commonly the United States dollar and the Deutsche Mark) or Pekao bank checks.
