This is a puzzle Cache. The cache is located at the listed coordinates, but you must solve a series of puzzles to unlock the cache. The first part of puzzle number one is listed below. The Key for the Puzzle is printed on the Cache itself.
Puzzle number one: (once again, the key needed to solve the puzzle is printed on the cache container itself.)
The second puzzle will lead you to the combination needed to open the cache. Inside this cache you will find a large container that is big enough for very large travel bugs as well as the usual swag and a full size notebook log book. Enjoy.
