Geocache Description:

This cache is not at the posted coordinates.  The listed coordinates will take you to a parking location.

Welcome to Mill Pond Park.  This park, on the south side of East Troy, contains a small pond, pier and walking path.  The path will lead you back to East Troy Lake.  There are no facilities at this small park, so plan accordingly.  This park is open from sunrise to sunset only.
 
In order to find the cache, you will have to decode the message below.  This should be a pretty simple solve, but in case you need some help here’s your hint.  I decided to create this puzzle after helping a troop of Brownies earn their Senses Badge.  It was a wonderful learning experience for them and hopefully for you too.  This puzzle should be easy enough that our young geocaching friends should be able to solve it on their own.
