Placed after archiving Welcome to the Top.

This is a simple cache placed in memory of the recently archived "Welcome to the Top". This was one of my favorite hides but sadly maintenance was brutal and it was rarely found. This shouldn't be difficult to find. No puzzles to solve, no red houses, no milk drinkers, or Pall Mall smokers. Just a simple straightforward cache. Good luck!!!
