We were trying to put more caches in the area to make it more worth the trip and thought, "There's no place like home!" Welcome to the BeckerCrew Homestead! Also, our historic silo is something Iowans love. I don't know a whole lot about the silo, so if you do know more I would love to hear! I do know that the top part was a water tank and supplied the water for the farm. It's in great condition for its age. Hope you enjoy! We do have a few dogs that roam around. They will most likely bark, but they are VERY friendly! If you fear dogs, this cache may not be for you. Update: We have replaced the old cache with a different, smaller container, and moved the location a little. Hopefully nothing will happen to this one. May need tweezers to get the log out.
