PL Zapraszam na spacer ścieżką edukacyjną przez malowniczo położony rezerwat przyrody. Jest to jedyny rezerwat torfowiskowy - leśny w polskiej częsci obfitującej w torfowiska Kotliny Orawsko – Nowotarskiej. Podstawowym przedmiotem ochrony w rezerwacie jest torfowisko wysokie pokryte naturalną roślinnością, wraz z otaczającymi drzewostanami sosnowymi z udziałem świerka. W rezerwacie przyrody Bór na Czerwonem została oddana do użytku ścieżka przyrodniczo-edukacyjna, zwieńczona platformą widokową na Tatry, Gorce, a przede wszystkim malownicze torfowisko. 440 metrów drogi tłuczniowej zbudowano tylko po to, by dowieźć niepełnosprawnych. Na kilku tablicach umieszczonych wzdłuż ścieżki znajdują się z opisy kolejnych osobliwości przyrody. W ten sposób przyrodniczy ewenement liczący ok. 10 tysięcy lat jest nie tylko chroniony, ale będzie znacznie lepiej udostępniony do zwiedzania. Praktyka pokazuje, że Bór na Czerwonem dzięki nowowybudowanej kładce na Białym Dunajcu nie tylko stał się dostępny dla mieszkańców nowotarskich osiedli ale wyrósł na atrakcję turystyczną z prawdziwego zdarzenia. A oto kilka prostych zadań z dziedziny geomorfologii na które należy odpowiedzieć aby zaliczyć znalezienie kesza: 1. W jakim tempie przyrasta złoże torfu w skali roku ? 2. Jaka (szacunkowa) warstwa torfu znajduje się na złożu ? 3. Jaki typ torfowiska występuje na terenie rezerwatu ? 4. Zdjęcie z urządzeniem GPS w ręku na współrzędnych finałowych (opcjonalnie). Odpowiedzi należy wysyłąć do mnie przez link na moim profilu. Można logować od razu a niepoprawne logi będą usuwane. EN I invite you to a walk through the Path of Education through a picturesque nature reserve. It is the only peat reserve in Polish part of rich in peat Oravian - Nowy Targ region. The main object of protection in the reserve is covered with natural peat bog vegetation, together with the surrounding pine and spruce forest . In the nature reserve on the Bor na Czerwonem an educational nature trail was opened, topped with a viewing platform of the Tatras, Gorce, and most of all a picturesque bog. Path of440 meters of gravel road was built just to allow people with disabilities to reach the site. The several boards placed along the path, are the descriptions of the natural curiosities. In this way the natural sensation with approximately 10,000 years is not only better protected, but also that it will be much more open to the public. Practice shows that thanks to the Bor na Czerwonem newly built walkway on White Dunajec not only became available for residents of Nowy Targ but has blossomed into a tourist attraction with a real event. In order to discover the cache you have to answer the followig questions on geomorphology: 1. How fast does the peat layer grow in a year? 2. What is approximate layer thickness of peat on the site of the reserve ? 3. What type of peat geposit is there in the reserve site 4.
