Geocache Description:

This cache is based on a poem by Robert Frost

The Terrain difficulty is based on taking the left road from the given Reference Point coordinates. The other roads are more difficult.


This is the 4th version of this cache, each becoming easier.
The 1st version was GC1TH96 of 7/21/2009 (puzzle - multi)
The 2nd version was GC2BQ6Y of 8/17/2010 (puzzle only)
The 3rd version was GC3H4GM of 9/29/12 (required placing the puzzle letters in the Solution legend)
This 4th version GC4MEW3 is a traditional cache without a puzzle
Previous versions have been archived but are available for viewing

The Road Not Taken

Two roads diverged in a yellow wood,
And sorry I could not travel both
And be one traveler, long I stood
And looked down one as far as I could
To where it bent in the undergrowth.

Then took the other, as just as fair,
And having perhaps the better claim,
Because it was grassy and wanted wear;
Though as for that the passing there
Had worn them really about the same.

And both that morning equally lay
In leaves no step had trodden black.
Oh, I kept the first for another day!
Yet knowing how way leads on to way,
I doubted if I should ever come back.

I shall be telling this with a sigh
Somewhere ages and ages hence:
Two roads diverged in a wood, and I--
I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference.
