Bio

Geno Amato started his life with nothing, and over the span of 5 decades moved up through his family to the point where today he is the most respected and feared member of the syndicate. He is "old-school" and believes strongly in respect, tradition, and family. The path he took to the pinnacle of the family is riddled along the way with enemies who simply "vanished," leaving no trace of their whereabouts. If you crossed Amato, Sr., chances are, it was the last mistake you ever made. But, Amato, Sr. is now 79 years old, and is grooming his eldest son, John, Jr. as his successor. Geno has never been brought before the courts for any crime, not even a parking ticket. He is so well insulated within the organization, that any crimes against the family are 4 to 5 layers away from him. He has a huge staff of trusted and loyal servants that cater to his needs. His wife of 49 years, Sienna, bore him 3 sons and 2 daughters. Only the 2 eldest sons have been involved in the syndicate, and that was by design. Geno never wanted his daughters mixed up in his business world. Since Sienna's death from throat cancer 5 years ago, Amato, Sr has rarely been seen in public, preferring to remain at his estate and entertain "clients" and family there.
