LT: Senų medžių apsuptas driekiasi akmenimis iš lauko grįstas senasis kelias į Liubavą. Kadaise čia žiojėjo didelė duobė ir naktimis važiuojantys vežimai pataikę į ją, griūdavo ir nudažydavo laukus baltais miltais. Susirūpinęs Liubavo malūnininkas Drožlius to nepakentęs ėmė ir užpylė duobę akmenimis iš bulvių lauko. Pamatęs, kad akmenys neprasmenga, o vežimai nevirsta - Drožlius nusprendė išgrįsti visą kelią tokiais akmenimis.

EN: Surrounded by old trees, paved with stones from field the road goes to Liubavas. Once here was a big hole on the road and traveling carts at night used to hit it, fell down and paint fields with white flour. Concerned Liubavas miller Drožlius loathed and decided to pour hole with stones from field of potatoes. When he saw that the stones stands still and carts falling again - Drožlius decided to pave all the way with these stones.

Šiuo keliu kadaise riedėdavo pilni vėžimai grudų ir miltų. Kad jie neklimptų purve ir molyje, o arkliai neprakaituotų juos traukiant, kelias buvo išgrįstas štai tokiais rieduliais. Šiandien, kad nerankioti tokių akmenų bulvių laukuose, apsukresni auksarankiai jau ne kartą bandė pasisavinti šio kelio medžiagą iš kelių kelio vietų, todėl šioje vietoje atsirado ženklai apie valstybės saugomą kelią.
