Geocache Description:

This is the first of a series of easy puzzle caches about the territorial evolution of Canada.

The territorial evolution of Canada began on July 1st, 1867 when three colonies of British North America were united into the federal Dominion of Canada through Conferderation. The three colonies were New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and the Province of Canada, which was split into Ontario and Quebec.



The Puzzle:
Sir John Alexander MacDonald was the first Prime Minister of Canada. How many years did he serve as Prime Minister? _ _
Take that number, divide it by 1000, and add it to the following coordinates: N 43° 31.986 W 080° 05.536
