Where: Oxbow Park, "2nd Bridge" Picnic Area
Date: Saturday, September 27th
Time: Noon - 2:00 pm
Bring: Yourself, Beverages for your group, Dish to pass (optional)
Come join us at Oxbow Park, and help us adiós the summer caching season with a good old fashion weeine roast! I'll provide the weenies, buns, condiments, grill, and charcoal. You'll need to provide your own beverages (sorry, no alcohol allowed in the park). If you'd like, please bring a dish to pass. Mark your calendars now!
Oxbow Park offers hiking, fishing, camping, the Zollman zoo, and of course geocaching! There are currently over 50 active caches in the park including all the finals to the Oxbow 'GeoArt' puzzles, and the 5th oldest cache in the state. Come for the food, and stay for the fun. Please note: Oxbow Park does allow dogs in the picnic areas, but dogs are off limits once you cross the bridges onto the hiking trails.
Please post your "will attend" log below so I have a rough estimate on how much food to bring. If you'd like to bring a dish to pass, please include that in your log. See you there!
