At the south edge of Mt. Vernon/Lisbon, this cache is located in one of coolest parks I've found in the area. Although the path is short, it is somewhat treacherous. Also, getting to the cache requires some very mild cliff climbing(no equipment should be necessary). Dry ground and some bravery are definitely a must for success. The cache is now a round rubbermaid container covered in duct tape since the ammo box left by Welch and friends was stolen.
To get to a good parking lot, take 1st Street E/Country Club Drive north off of Highway 30. Then take a left onto 7th Street SE/Lisbon Road.
In addition to the main hint, I'm going to give another hint as the first log (encrypted of course). It is your choice whether to use the hints but I think that the cache could be quite difficult (and potentially dangerous) to find with out using them.
Good luck finding the cache and make sure to look for the gold in the pot (the quarry)! Please don't spoil the "golden surprise" in your find cache logs. Also, don't be stealing me lucky charms unless you bring something to put in the cache.
