To emphasise the clue, I could have just given an elevation for this place since it is the only building of exactly 202 feet hereabouts!

In order to find the value for "B", you need to find a plaque at the top that has three actions (23 letters in total) that you are not to do. Make a note of these and "B" is the number of "F"s in the three actions.
