Lofotr Vikingmuseum er et museum på Borg i Vestvågøy, bygd opp rundt funn fra vikingtiden. Under utgravningenen avdekket man det største huset som hittil er funnet fra vikingtiden. Dette huset er rekonstruert i full størrelse, hele 83 meter langt.
De første arkeologiske utgravningene fant sted 1986 – 1989, og dette var også kimen til ideen om et eget museum. Hovedbygningen er tegnet av arkitekt Gisle Jakhelln, og museet åpnet i juni 1995. Museets formål «er å skape interesse for og kjennskap til nordnorsk jernalder og middelalder, spesielt vikingtid»
Museet er et et "levende" museum som vektlegger formidling av historien på en engasjerende og levende måte. Som gjest kan man oppleve vikingtiden i det rekonstruerte Høvding huset med spennende bo- og arbeidsmiljø, lukten av tjære og bål, utstillinger og den vakkert utsmykkede gildehallen. Museet har også 2 vikingskip (kopier av Gokstadskipet), rekonstruert smie, naust og jernvinne. På gården finnes dyr av gamle raser (nordlandshester, Nordlands fe, villsau, villsvin). De arkeologiske utstillingene viser unike funn fra Borg og området rundt. Filmen "Drømmen om Borg" kan også ses her. Utstillingene er delikate og interessante og gjestene får tilgang på informasjon gjennom audioguider. I Høvding huset og ved vikingskipet møter gjestene vikinger.
Lofotr Vikingmuseum er åpent hele året, med reduserte åpningstider i vinterhalvåret.
Museet tilbyr i tillegg til dagsbesøk i museet også helaftener med mat og drikke på vikingvis, hvor gjestene kan møte Høvdingen sjøl og folket på gården. Dette er svært populært, særlig i bedriftsmarkedet.
Hvert år i august arrangeres "Lofotr Vikingfestival", en festival som tiltrekker seg deltakere fra hele Europa og gjester fra hele regionen. Lofotr er det opprinnelige navnet på Vestvågøya. I dag skrives navnet Lofoten og brukes på de seks kommunene Vågan, Vestvågøy, Flakstad, Moskenes, Værøy og Røst.
