Geocache Description:

GIFF Weekend 2015 Event Cache

GIFF Weekend is your chance to watch the entire reel of the 16 finalist films from the 2015 Geocaching International Film Festival. On the weekend of November 5-8 only, geocachers will host geocaching events at which these films will be shown publicly for the first time. It’s a global geocaching movie night!

So far only place that you could see Geocaching International Film Festival was Block Party in USA.

Luckily Groundspeak gave us an option to host the event ourselfs, so here we are…..

Owner of Lamb Doyles kindly let us hold an even in his pub.

There is nothing better than watching geocaching movies on Saturday morning, get some inspiration and go caching.

So we are going to meet at Lambs Doyle Pub at 11 am, screening will start around 11.15 am and it will take 1h or so.

After movies we will stay in the pub for another while to discuss all geocaching movies were about

Event will end up at 12.30am

If there is enough interest we can go and grab some caches at nearby 3Rock Mountain.

Food/drinks are available from the bar.

There will be some extra new cache hidden nearby……

And as usual there will be drawing for FTF price.

This event is sponsored by Geocaching Shop Ireland.

Admission is free.

Car park available at the pub,

Public transport – you can get there by bus no 16 and 114.
