Znicz Pruszków to piłarski klub sportowy z siedzibą w Pruszkowie, założony w 1923 roku, grający obecnie w II lidze. Największe osiągnięcia Znicza przypadają na sezony 06/07 i 07/08, ponieważ wtedy grali tam: Robert Lewandowski (teraz Bayern Monachium), Radosław Majewski (teraz Lech Poznań, a wcześniej Nottingham Forest) i Igor Lewczuk (teraz Girondins Bordeaux). W sezonie 06/07 znicz awansował z III ligi z pierwszego miejsca do II ligi, a w następnym sezonie zajął 5 miejsce w II lidze, o mały włos nie wchodząc do I ligi. Po odejściu kluczowych zawodników Znicz spadł do niższej ligi, i po 5 latach powrócił do I ligi, wszak tylko na 1 sezon, bo nie udało mu się utrzymać. W sezonie 14/15 Znicz awansował do ćwierćfinału Pucharu Polski, gdzie jednak przegrał w dwumeczu z Lechem Poznań.
Od sezonu 2008/2009 nastąpiła zmiana terminologii lig piłkarskich w Polsce, od tego momentu I liga stała się Ekstraklasą, a II liga I ligą itd.
Znicz swoje mecze rozgrywa na stadionie miejskim w Pruszkowie. Stadion ma pojemność 2097 miejsc, co składa się na główną trybunę zarezerwowaną dla kibiców Znicza i "klatkę" dla kibiców gości. Planowana jest budowa drugiej trybuny na 2000 miejsc siedzących.

Znicz Pruszków is a football club in Pruszków, founded in 1923, currently playing in II league. The biggest achievements of the club were in seasons 06/07 and 07/08, because: Robert Lewandowski (now in Bayern Munich), Radosław Majewski (now in Lech Poznań, previously in Nottingham Forest) and Igor Lewczuk (now in Girondins Bordeaux) were playing there. In the season 06/07 Znicz promoted to II league, by winning III league, next season Znicz almost succeded in being promoted to I league, after all they finished fifth. After leaving the key players, Znicz was relegated from the II league and 5 years later they've got promoted again, but only for one season, because they were releagted again. In the season 14/15 Znicz got into the quarter finals of the Polish Cup, but then they've lost to Lech Poznan.
From the season 2008/2009 names of the leagues has been changed, I league became Ekstraklasa, II league became I league, etc.
Znicz plays its games on the city stadium in Pruszków. Stadium has 2097 capacity, which goes for the main stand for Znicz fans and a "cage" for the supporters of the opposing team. There are plans to build a second stand , which will increase the capacity of stadium to 4000.
