Dominantou severních Čech a symbolem města Liberce je hora Ještěd, vysoká 1012 m. Lákadlem pro turisty je kromě krásné přírody, zajímavých skalních útvarů, kabinové lanovky a horského hotelu také „Dítě z Marsu“…
Dítě z Marsu neboli Marťánek je bronzová socha dítěte z jiné planety – je to chlapeček, který pláče, protože se ztratil. Autorem sochy je akademický sochař Jaroslav Róna, socha byla vystavena nejprve v Liberci a poté slavnostně odhalena dne 16. června 2010 na Ještědu.
Na Ještěd se dostanete buď pěšky, na kole, autem nebo lanovkou - obtížnost výstupu je tedy různá...
Marťánka jistě potěší, když ho navštívíte a vyfotografujete se s ním. Třeba potom přestane plakat…
Pro uznání logu musí být splněna tato podmínka:
Ke svému logu přidejte fotografii sebe (případně vašeho CWG) a Marťánka. Fotografie musí být pořízena až po dni publikace kešky - archiválie se nepočítají. Tuto jedinou podmínku musí splnit každý - logy bez fotografie budou smazány.

The Child from Mars or Marťánek is a bronze statue of a child from another planet - it's a baby boy who is crying because he´s lost. The statue was created by academic sculptor Jaroslav Róna, the sculpture was first exhibited in Liberec and then ceremonially unveiled on June 16, 2010 in Ještěd.
Martian will be happy when you´ll visit him, caresshim and take a photo with him. Maybe then he stops crying ...
The following condition must be met to admit the log: To your log, add a photo of yourself and the Martian. This one condition must be met by anyone, logs without photos will be deleted.
