Construction is completed, and the information required during the construction stages is no longer available, so it's time to post the new 'permanent' requirements to log this virtual.
To claim this virtual, you must journey to the "Entry Plaza" for the Arch Visitors Center. There you will be able to find the necessary information to log this cache. These are the questions you must answer:
- What company made the Entry Plaza possible?
- On the metal plaque at the center of the plaza (directly above the information necessary to the previous question), who is being honored and what year was the National Convention?
