Gmach Glówny Muzeum Narodowegow Krakowie miesci sie przy aleji 3 Maja 1, w reprezentacyjnym miejscu przy Alejach i na poczatku Blon. Skrytka jest schowana wewnatrz muzeum, a informacje jak do niej dotrzec znajdziesz na podanych wspólrzednych startowych.

Godziny otwarcia Gmachu:
• poniedzialek: nieczynne
• wtorek-sobota: 10-18
• niedziela: 10-16

Skrytka znajduje sie w przestrzeni ogólnodostepnej, wiec nie nie ma potrzeby kupowania biletów ani wchodzenia w jakiekolwiek interakcje z personelem Muzeum.

Skrytka zostala umieszczona za zgoda Dyrekcji Muzeum, a pracownicy sa o niej poinformowani.

Jak znalezc skrytke?

Udaj sie na wspólrzedne poczatkowe i odnajdz ukryty kod QR, który poprawadzi Cie na strone internetowa. Tam dostaniesz szczególowa instrukcje. Jesli nie masz dostepu do internetu w smartfonie, mozesz skorzystac z sieci wifi w kawiarni muzealnej.

Wystawy stale - obecnie znajduja sie:

  • Galeria "Bron i Barwa w Polsce"
  • Galeria Rzemiosla Artystycznego
  • Galeria "Sytuacja sie zmienila"

Szczególnie lubie i polecam ta ostatnia ze znakomitym wyborem prac polskich malarzy XX wieku.

Wystawy czasowe - prezentujace zarówno dziela nalezace do jego zbiorów, jak i wypozyczane z innych placówek oraz stanowiace wlasnosc prywatnych kolekcjonerów.

Obecnie trwajace wystawy (czerwiec 2019) o Wajdzie, Henry Moore i Wyspianskim sa bardzo godne polecenia.

Polska malarka (1908-1958), najbardziej znana z prac abstrakcyjnych. Muzeum Narodowe w Krakowie posiada jej prace i posluzyly jako inspiracja przy tworzeniu tej skrytki.

The National Museum in Krakow

Main Building of National Museum in Kraków is located in a representative spot at the Aleje main street and close to the famous Blonia. The geocache is hidden inside, and the information how to find it you will get at the starting coordinates.

Access to the cache

Opening hours:
• Monday: closed
• Tuesday-Saturday: 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
• Sunday: 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.

The cache is inside the building, but is located in the public area, so there is no need to buy tickets or interact in any way with the Museum staff.

The cache was hidden with the permission of the Museum Management and employees are informed about it.

How to find the cache?

Go to the starting coordinates and find the QR code. You will need QR code reader and internet access. The QR will take you to a webpage where you will get the detailed instructions. If you dont have internet access in your smartphone, then you may use the free wifi in the museum's cafe.

The geocache contains a stamp that is not for trade.

Exhibitions in Main Building

Permanent exhibitions - there are currently:

  • Gallery "Arms and Colour in Poland"
  • Gallery of Art Handicraft
  • Gallery "Situation has changed" of Polish XX century art

I like and can recommend the last one in particular, it is a great collection of Polish art in 20th century

Temporary exhibitions - art pieces from own Museum's collection as well as on loan from other institutions and private collectors.

Current exhibtions (June 2019) on Wajda (film director), Henry Moore (abstract sculpture art) and Wyspianski (great Polish artist) are all well worth a visit.

Maria Jaremianka

Polish painter (1908-1958), most known from her abstract art. Museum has a collection of her works and they were the inspiration for this cache creation.
