Mowa tu oczywiście o najstarszym budynku w Otrębusach, nie jest ani budynkiem gotyckim, ani budowanym w stylu gotyckim, choć przez swoją monumentalność i archaiczność jest tak nazywany przez niektórych mieszkańców. Niewątpliwie jest to najstarszy budynek z dawnej zabudowy folwarcznej, a zatem i najstarszy w naszej miejscowości. Jest oznaczony na planie wsi Otrębusy z początku XIX stulecia, kiedy folwark ten należał do rodziny Ogińskich. Spichrz prawdopodobnie pochodzi z XVIII w. Jego powstanie datowane jest na lata 1770–1780. Jest pod opieką konserwatora zabytków.
Warto przypomnieć, że do około 1950 roku przed spichrzem istniała studnia, nakryta gontowym, czterospadowym dachem wspartym na czterech profilowych słupach z zastrzałami. Dużym kołowrotem wyciągano drewniane wiadra z wodą. Ponoć z tej studni korzystały wojska w kampanii napoleońskiej.
Na podłożu spichrza było klepisko, a tuż nad poziomem gruntu znajdowały się niewielkie otwory wentylacyjne, służące do wymuszenia obiegu powietrza. Dzięki temu nie było problemu ze stęchlizną lub zbyt dużą wilgotnością. Budynek ma około 600 m2 powierzchni, a składa się z trzech kondygnacji. Kamienne ściany wykonano z granitu. Od frontu, na wysokości około 3 m znajduje się otwór, używany do transportu worków ze zbożem.

Of course, here, the oldest building in Otrębusy is not a gothic or gothic building, although its monumentality and archaicity is so called by some residents. Undoubtedly, it is the oldest building from the former farm buildings, and therefore the oldest in our town. It is marked on the map of the Otrębusy village from the beginning of the 19th century, when the farm belonged to the Ogiński family. The granary probably comes from the eighteenth century. Its creation dates back to 1770-1780. He is under the protection of monuments conservator.
It is worth recalling that up to 1950, before the granary, there was a well, covered with a shingled, hipped roof supported by four profile pillars with braces. A large turnstile pulled out wooden buckets of water. It seems that the army used the well in the Napoleonic campaign.
There was a threshing floor on the subbase, and just above the ground level there were small ventilation openings used to force the air circulation. Thanks to this, there was no problem with musty or too much humidity. The building has about 600 m2, and consists of three floors. The stone walls are made of granite. From the front, at a height of about 3 m, there is a hole used to transport grain sacks.
