Le deuxième Event GIFF sur les terres templières.
Cette année, le Festival international des films géocaching comporte x finalistes (nombre exact de finalistes à venir).
Je mets en place ce petit Event afin que nous partagions ensemble ce moment de convivialité autour de la visualisation de ces films.
Comme pour toutes les compétitions et festivals, nous choisirons qui montera sur le podium et surtout, parmi les x finalistes, quel film gravira la plus haute marche du podium sur les terres Templières.
Les films sont en version originale (souvent en anglais), mais j’y appose, grâce à Groundspeak, les sous titres en français), donc, que vous soyez francophone ou anglophone, vous ne serez pas perdu.
The second GIFF event on the Templar lands.
This year, the International Geocaching Film Festival features x finalists (exactly number of finalists comimg soon).
I set up this little event so that we share together this moment of conviviality around the visualization of these films.
As for all the competitions and festivals, we will choose who will be on the podium and especially, among the x finalists, which film will climb the highest step of the podium on the Templar lands.
The films are in original version (often in English), but I put, thanks to Groundspeak, the subtitles in French), so, whether you are French or English, you will not be lost.

La soirée sera entrecoupée d’entre-actes afin que chacun / chacune puisse grignoter des gourmandises ou se désaltérer.

Lieu de l’event : ce GIFF édition 2 sera organisé chez les M&M (Mimi et votre serviteur). De ce fait, nous demandons que vous laissiez chez vous vos animaux de compagnie.
Place of the event: this GIFF edition 2 will be organized at the M & M (Mimi and your servant). Therefore, we ask that you leave your pets at home.
Accès à la maison : elle se situe tout en haut d’un chemin privé un peu chaotique et non éclairé. Prévoyez une lampe de poche et évitez les talons fins pour ne pas vous tordre les pieds.
Access to the house: it is at the top of a private road a little chaotic and unlit. Plan a flashlight and avoid fine heels so you do not twist your feet.
Parking : l’espace stationnement à la maison est très réduit, il n’est possible de garer que 3 ou 4 voitures (bien garées), mais pas plus. Préférez y une place sur l’Avenue Charles de Gaulle (il y a en général des places de libres proche des 2 écoles.
Parking: the parking space at the house is very small, it is possible to park only 3 or 4 cars (well parked), but no more. Prefer a place on Avenue Charles de Gaulle (there are usually free places near the 2 schools.
Participants : Ma salle n’ayant pas une taille extensible, le nombre de places est limité à 30 personnes, il est donc nécessaire de vous y inscrire en me donnant le nombre de participants que vous serez. Je mettrai au fur et à mesure un write note pour indiquer le nombre de places restantes.

Ravitaillement : Comme l’activité commence plus ou moins après l’heure du diner, ce sera plus orienté « dessert, café et pousse-café ». Je mettrai quelques boissons chaudes (café, thés, infusions,..) ou froides (jus de fruits, bières, eau,..) ainsi que des friandises, pop corn,… Si de votre côté vous voulez aussi ramener de quoi grignoter ou se désaltérer pour la soirée, ça permettra d’agrémenter ce moment convivial.
Refueling: As the activity begins more or less after dinner time, it will be more oriented "dessert, coffee and coffee grinder". I will put some hot drinks (coffee, teas, infusions, ..) or cold drinks (fruit juices, beers, water, ..) as well as treats, popcorn, ... If on your side you also want to bring something to nibble or to drink for the evening, it will enhance this friendly moment.
Cet event sera aussi l’occasion de glaner le souvenir pour le GIFF 2019 en y participant.
