Geocaching International Film Festival 2019

I wanted to provide another opportunity for local geocachers to attend a viewing of the Geocaching International Film Festival winners without having to travel to Salt Lake to do so. Also, this will allow another opportunity for those with schedule conflicts.
This event will be held in my personal living room where we will be seated comfortably in front of a large screen TV. Since this is my home, the usual amenities are readily available.
Also, since this is a small venue, seating will be limited to about 15 seats. In order to better accomodate the anticipated numbers and potential schedule conflicts with local cachers, I am submitting two events. Hopefully, the powers that be will approve both events.
We should have a big bowl of popcorn for your viewing pleasure. If you would like to bring a snack to share, you're more than welcome to do so but it is not required. Please bring any drinks in covered containers.
To add to the fun, I've ordered a GC trackable travel tag to be raffled off after the film.
Event Schedule:
- Meet and greet at 6:00pm. Get your snacks and seats and preview your ballots.
- The film should begin at 6:30pm and run for about an hour.
- Following the film, we will discuss or favorites, fill out our ballots and have a drawing for the travel tag.
- We should be finished by 8:00pm.
Remember, attending a GIFF event earns you the Geocaching International Film Festival 2019 Souvenir.
I didn't list it as wheelchair accessible due to a single step up into my house. With a little help it IS wheelchair accessible.
