Remember the "Cows on Parade" exibit in Chicago in 1999?
The purpose of this cache is to locate all of the cows that were diplayed in Chicago during the "Cows on Parade" Art Exibit in 1999.
To Log this cache as a find you must:
1: Take a photo of a cow with the GPS in the picture.
2: Record the Co-ordinates of the Cow
3: Research and find the Name of the Cow that you have Photographed.
All three requirements must be in the Log entry or it will be deleted.
Only one log per cacher is allowed and each cow can only be logged once.
