This is the oldest active Webcam Cache in Canada and only one of two that remain in Ontario.
To log this Webcam Cache, you must submit an image with your log that captures you while being *physically located* within view of the Webcam at Parliament Hill in Ottawa.
You should be holding a large Canadian (or other national Flag) in your Webcam screenshot/screen grab.
The flag will help to confirm that your webcam image includes YOU.

If you have a Webcam screen grab and you think the resolution is insufficient to confirm your visit, you may wish to include an optional photo of you near the posted coordinates with either Parliament or The Eternal Flame visible behind with you (both are steps away from the posted coordinates).
This optional photo is NOT your logging photograph and will NOT be considered your logging proof under any circumstances as per the Guidelines.
ONLY images from the webcam itself, with the person logging the Webcam Cache being physically present at the location in view of the webcam are valid for logging.
Logs that are not Guidelines compliant will need to be deleted to keep this cache part of Canada's geocaching history.
All are asked to ensure that only valid logs and images are submitted for this Webcam cache.
Remote, armchair, virtual, videoconferencing and other forms of logging are not Guidelines compliant - you had to be there!
