I was driving down Highway 1 when I realized I was heading the wrong way; so I pulled over here.
At three hours before sunrise, I had figured out the numbers for the longitude.
When the next low tide arrived, I determined the numbers for the latitude.
I consider this to be one of my easier puzzle caches. Once you have determined the coordinates, the difficulty rating is approximately 1.5. This is a microcache; so bring your own pen. It does contain a few small items for trading.
As of August 30, 2012, you can validate your puzzle solution with certitude.
