Gorgeous Greenwich Park Traditional Geocache

This cache has been archived.

Lactodorum: Rather than keep this cache temporarily disabled (which should only be used for shortish periods) I'm archiving it. If/when the cache is ever replaced I'll consider unarchiving it assuming it still meets the guidelines.

Geocache Description:

Just inside the south west corner of Gorgeous Greenwich Park.
Near to the A2 CHESTERFIELD Pedestrian Gate on Charlton Way, in a secluded spot. I thought I'd try a new Cache on the Prime Meridian a bit further away from the hullabaloo of the main Greenwich Observatory.

I am pretty sure of the coordinates !
You can enter the park at any of the public gates, or even park on Blackheath Avenue (small parking fee).

You need to be UP against the West wall in the IVY at HEAD HEIGHT...I don't think you need any more clues than that!!!!
Its a Square tupperware box with all the usual bits and pieces. Let me know what you think of the siting... Hopefully its is hidden enough to not be found by non geos.
Afterwards why not take in a stroll around the park, watch some cricket or have some refreshments.
Good Luck!
Darren
