Geocache Description:

Learn a little history about the Paris Crew, the naming of a community, and a bit about our surroundings, along your journey for this cache. As a note, from the first stage to the second stage it will be a 10-12 km. drive distance. So hiking probably is not an option. The remaining locations are then within 2 km., and parking is available at all locations.

Stage 1:
Start out at the posted co-ordinates to get underway. Once here, count the number of painted murals. This is value X. Across the street, a brick building has engraved on the second floor level, the year in which this building was erected. This is value Y.

X = _________
Y = _._______ ( one digit, and then decimals)

Stage 2: Proceed to the next set of co-ords which are:

N 45 19.566 + Y = N 45___________
W 66 02.754 - Y = W 66____________

At this location, a red and white structure has an address on it. This is value Z.

Z = .__________

Stage 3: Your next set of co-ords are: Parking can be found across the street.

N 45 22.116 + Z = N 45_____________
W 66 00.751 – Z = W 66_____________

While here you will have to determine several figures.
For value A, count the number of dated names for this river.
For value B, count the number of named flowers.
For value C, count the number of actual named fish. ( not the total number you see)
For value D, count the number of actual named birds. (not the total number you see)
A = ___________
B = ___________
C = ___________
D = ___________
As a check, A + B + C + D = 28
Stage 4: Your final co-ords will take you to cache. They are:
N 45 18.850 + (A x B x C x D x X) + Z = N 45 ______
W 66 04.162 – (A x B x C x D x X) – Z = W 66 ______
( Same as before, One digit, then decimals in this multiplication )
Small items in cache only, as it is a peanut butter jar. Have fun.
