This cache has been archived.

blazerfan: on second thought I will just archive it... might give me a good excuse to put a couple more caches around there.

Geocache Description:

Start at Big Pine Camp Ground the picnic area is the best place to park for access to the trails. A NW forest pass is required to park, but there is some space up by the road.

The first stage of this cache will lead you to the Big Pine. You need to take the estimated height and the age listed on the sign to the right of the Big Pine. With these numbers you can find Stage 2 which is a micro with log book.

Stage Two is located at:
N42*27.(617-height)+77
W123*40.(888-age)+78

There is a letterbox near the Big Pine in case you wish to look for it. This is another easy find and is a great opportunity to enjoy this campground and look for my other caches in the area.
