Welcome to the first nightcaching event in Göteborg, Sweden!
The event has already been hold, but you can find photos in the logs. If you were at the event: Log your visit and upload any pictures you took at the event please!
Tonight (Nov 29) at 18:00 will we have a nightcaching event in the old military area of Kviberg, just outside central Göteborg!br>
The area is easily accessed and can be reached by bus, tram, car, cycle or even by walking. There is free parking within the area, at the point were we start!
You will have to find 14 different caches. The area offers a variety of terrain; soccerfields, tarmac, forest, hill, cliffs and so on...
There will also be 1 dogcache in the area, with some nice things for the dogs that participate in the event!
In two of the caches will there be prizes for the first finder!
At the startpoint will there be a PC with EasyGPS installed. We have a cable for Garmin Etrex. If you want to get the waypoints into a different GPS, bring your own cable!
You will receive a paper with all the coordinates and clues at the startpoint.
After you are finished, come back to the start, were we will have hot coffee and 'glögg' for you!
The event is not a competition about finding most caches, or finding them on shortest time. It will be a challenging experience for you and your team... And you will also meet other cachers! That's fun!
If you wanna trade Travel Bugs, bring yours with you and see if someone wants to trade with you!
